Client Relations & Office Assistant

Olivia officially joined TFG in June 2016, and we are happy to have her! She is likely the upbeat voice who answers your phone call, and the smiling face who greets you at the door, and she provides much needed support to both the Client Relations and Operations departments. She brings with her a background focused on customer service, having served and supervised in two nationally renowned chains. In 2013 Olivia received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and certification as a green belt in Six Sigma from ECPI University.

Personal Interests: Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, cooking new dishes, reading and learning, and working with her hands in artistic ways.

Ideal Vacation Spot: Somewhere between the highlands of Scotland and the valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
